Before using the Website, users should familiarize themselves with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The use of the Website in any form implies the User's unconditional consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) and the conditions for processing their personal information specified therein. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must refrain from using the Website.

1.2. The conditions stipulated in the Policy (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Administration without any special notice and without paying any compensation in connection with this. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Administration's Website.

1.3. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User expresses their consent to the processing of the User's data by the Administration for the purposes stipulated by this Policy, as well as to the transfer of the User's data to third parties in the cases listed in this Policy.

The specified consent may be revoked by the User only on the condition of providing a written notice to the Administration no less than 10 (ten) calendar days before the expected date of termination of data use by the Administration.

The use of the Website using a web browser that accepts data from cookies means the User's expression of consent that the Administration may collect and process data from cookies for the purposes stipulated by this Policy, as well as to the transfer of data from cookies to third parties in the cases listed in this Policy.

Disabling and/or blocking the web browser option to receive data from cookies by the User implies a prohibition on the collection and processing of data from cookies by the Administration in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Composition of the Users' personal information received and processed by the Administration

2.1. This Policy applies to the following types of personal information:

2.1.1. Personal information provided by Users, including about themselves independently when filling out a message submission form, other personal information to which the User grants access to the Administration through third-party websites or services, or personal information posted by Users in the process of using the Website. The personal information obtained in this way may include, in particular, the User's surname, first name, phone number, and email address.

The User is prohibited from providing the personal data of third parties without permission obtained from third parties for such distribution, unless such personal data of third parties were obtained by the User themselves from publicly available information sources.

2.1.2. Data automatically transferred to the Website during their use through software installed on the User's device, including IP address, individual network device number (MAC address, device ID), electronic serial number (IMEI, MEID), data from cookies, information about the browser, operating system, access time, and the User's search queries.

3. Purposes of collecting and processing information about Users

3.1. The Administration collects and processes only that information about Users, including their personal data, which is necessary to fulfill the obligations of the Website Administration, as well as to fulfill the obligations provided for by the user agreement.

3.2. Mobile applications may collect anonymous data about the User's location. Mobile applications may collect anonymous usage statistics of the Website.

3.3. The User hereby expresses their consent to the transfer of personal information about them to the Administration's partners and third parties for the purposes stipulated in clause 3.2 of this Privacy Policy.

3.4. If it is necessary to use personal information about the User for purposes not provided for by this Policy, the Administration requests the User's consent for such actions.

4. Processing of information about Users

4.1. Personal information about Users is stored in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. Personal information about Users is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:

4.2.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions.

4.2.2. The transfer is necessary in order to ensure the operation of the Website and/or its specific functionalities.

4.2.3. The transfer is provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2.4. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration and/or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of the user agreement.

5. Measures to protect information about Users

5.1. The Administration takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal information about Users from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution of personal information, as well as from other illegal actions with it.

5.2. When processing Users' personal data, the Administration is guided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection".

5.3 The Administration undertakes, upon the User submitting a notice of termination of this Agreement and termination of the Account in their Account, within 5 (five) calendar days from the moment of registration of such a request, to block the technical ability of the User to use the Account, and upon expiration of the User information storage period established by sub-clause 5.1 of Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 24, 2015 No. 418-V LRK "On Informatization" and provided there is no official request from state bodies performing their functions, or requests from other persons specified in sub-clause 1 of clause 2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data and their Protection" - to delete all their personal data.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Policy, relations between the User and the Administration arising in connection with the application of this Policy, as well as issues not regulated by this Policy, are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
