Means of initiation

The DU-PP percussion detonator is used in the ISKRA series initiating heads to initiate the detonation impulse and subsequently transmit it to the explosive train of the carrier perforating apparatus during perforating and explosive operations in oil and gas wells when deployed on tubing.

Insensitive safety explosive cartridges of the PVPD-N series are designed to initiate the detonating cord in a carrier perforating apparatus during perforating and explosive operations in oil and gas wells, when deployed on wireline.

Insensitive sealed cartridges of the PGN series are designed to initiate detonating cords in an unsealed perforating apparatus deployed into oil and gas wells on wireline. The cartridges are used in wells under conditions of direct exposure of the cartridge to wellbore fluid.

The VEU-200 igniter is designed for the ignition of industrial powder and gas-generating charges in a sealed perforating apparatus during perforating and explosive operations in wells.

TOR-200 series detonators are designed to initiate the detonation impulse and subsequently transmit it to the explosive train of the perforating apparatus during perforating and explosive operations in oil and gas wells, whether deployed on tubing or wireline.
