It is used in the mining industry for the production of bulk emulsion explosives (BE)
The emulsion matrix is used in the mining industry for the production of bulk emulsion explosives (EE) intended for blasting operations in surface mining and in underground mines and quarries that are not hazardous in terms of gas and dust.
Type "A" emulsion matrix is intended for the production of industrial emulsion explosives during the borehole loading process by a mixing and charging machine for surface blasting operations in rocks and ores that do not contain sulfides.
Type "B" emulsion matrix is intended for the production of industrial emulsion explosives during the borehole loading process by a mixing and charging machine for surface blasting operations in sulfide-bearing rocks and ores.
The emulsion matrix is explosion-safe and insensitive to impact and friction. Prolonged exposure of the matrix to an open flame causes ignition of the surface layers due to water evaporation.

Emulsion delivery vehicle
is a special machine designed for transporting non-explosive components of water-resistant emulsion explosives (emulsion matrix, gas-generating additive (GGA), acidifying additive, water, or hot oxidizer solution) and the subsequent transfer of these components into storage tanks of a stationary facility, as well as into mixing and charging machines.
Three-axle truck tractors are used to transport the delivery vehicle. The delivery vehicle can be transported on public roads.
