Granular industrial explosive "GRANULITE"

The industrial explosive Granulite of grades P, P4, and P6 is intended for manual and mechanized loading of blastholes and boreholes during blasting operations in surface and underground workings that are free from gas and dust hazards, as well as under conditions where inertization of the face area is applied. The product can be used in all climatic zones.

Application
The industrial explosive "Granulite" is used for blasting rocks with a hardness coefficient on the Prof. Protodyakonov scale of f = 6-18 in dry blastholes and boreholes. During mechanized loading, the preparation of the composition is carried out directly during the loading process.

Advantages:

The mixing time of the components is about 5 minutes, which ensures the homogeneity of the composition and a stable oxygen balance along the entire length of the charge.
High quality of raw materials and control of finished products guarantee stable blasting performance.
The use of modified porous ammonium nitrate with a retention capacity of not less than 7% and an absorption capacity of not less than 11% increases operational efficiency.
A bulk density of 0.75-0.90 g/cm³ provides an efficiency up to 40% higher compared to granulites produced using mixing and charging machines.
